Over the years I have come to the conclusion that there is no such thing as "safe". However, outcomes of the idea of personal safety can be changed with the right preparations, confidence, and repetition of actions. Meaning, if you continually train something into the mind and body, then you will have greater control over the final outcome. Peace-of-mind comes from having a curtain feeling of control over one personal spaces. We can and will help you develop the confidence and know how to successfully control your personal space. Even more importantly when you learn the principles of a Happi Mindset you'll likely never have to use your personal protection training. The personal protection training will only act as a safeguard, much like an insurance plan, using it only if it's absolutely necessary.
